Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Fleetwide (“Fleetwide”, “we”, “our”), a service for delivering over-the-air updates to Docker containers and managing the fleets they run in, operated by Cloud2Scale at fleetwide.io. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or with a Google account; there are no passwords. The first person to create an organization is its owner and is responsible for everyone they invite and for everything done under the organization’s API tokens and deployment keys. Keep tokens and keys confidential; revoke any you believe has leaked.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service only to update and manage software you have the right to distribute.
  • Do not use it to deliver malware, to attack or probe systems you do not own, or to interfere with other customers or with the service itself.
  • Do not resell access to the service or present it as your own without our written agreement.
  • Comply with the laws that apply to you and to the places your containers run.

Your software and images

Your container images stay in your registries. Fleetwide stores the digests, tags, metadata and release history you publish, and the configuration of your fleets; it never stores or proxies your images. Registry and repository credentials you add are kept for the fleets you scope them to and delivered only to those containers. You keep all rights to your software, images and data; you grant us only the rights needed to run the service for you.

Plans, trials and limits

Plans are priced by the number of deployments, which is the number of running containers the service keeps up to date. The free Dev plan has a fixed deployment limit. A 30-day Team trial needs no payment details; when it ends, the organization returns to the Dev plan unless you have agreed a Team or Enterprise plan with us. Containers already enrolled keep running when a limit is reached, but new ones cannot enroll until you remove some or change plan. We may change plan limits and prices with notice.

Third-party services

Google sign-in is provided by Google under its own terms. Your registries, orchestrators and hosts are yours to operate; we are not responsible for their availability or for what they do with your images.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Containers keep running their current release while the service is unreachable. Support is by email at info@cloud2scale.com.

Intellectual property

The service, its console, supervisor and documentation are owned by Cloud2Scale and its licensors. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for testing releases before promoting them to fleets that matter.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cloud2Scale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your organization at info@cloud2scale.com. We may suspend or end access that breaks these Terms, and will tell you why where the law allows. Enrolled containers keep running their current release after termination; they simply stop receiving updates.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and we will tell account owners by email about changes that matter. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
